Mexican and Spanish press reported on January 9th, 2012 of the acquisition of the assets of Mexican online takeaway service www.miorden.com, which has enrolled over 200 restaurants of the leading chain in the country by its Spanish counterpart www.sindelantal.com as part of its international expansion, in which they regard Mexico as a strategic country wherein ecommerce has great growth, and to further expand into Brasil, Argentina, Colombia and Perú.
Sindelantal.com has raised investments of some €1’300,000.00 from Komm Investment, Vitamina K and Kibo Ventures, and will further raise up to €1’500,000.00. Goodrich, Riquelme y Asociados advised Sindelantal.com in the acquisition of Miorden.com.
