Felipe Vital joined the firm in 2025. He specializes in the full range of contentious intellectual property disputes before all government authorities, such as the Mexican Patent and Trademark Office (MPTO), the Administrative Affairs Federal Court, and the Federal Collegiate Courts.

In particular, he has experience combating piracy and the seizure of allegedly counterfeit or infringing goods, both within the Mexican Republic, as well as in Mexican Customs, fighting such conducts before the MPTO and the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Investigation of Crimes against Copyrights and Industrial Property, which is part of the Attorney General’s Office.
