Magdalena Gutiérrez joined the Firm in 2023. She specializes in industrial property rights; intellectual property protection; registration and prosecution of trademarks, slogans and trade names; maintenance of trademarks, slogan and trade names (licensing, assignments, mergers, coexistence agreements, letters of consent); trademark enforcement, cease and desist letters; copyrights; due diligence and oppositions.
