Bio
Jessica de Araujo joined Goodrich, Riquelme y Asociados in 2019. She is an attorney specializing in Intellectual Property Law, with experience in the protection and enforcement of industrial property rights in both Mexico and abroad. Her practice includes the registration, maintenance, and defense of trademarks, trade names, and slogans, as well as legal strategies for licensing, assignments, mergers, coexistence agreements, and letters of consent. She also advises clients on administrative infringement proceedings and comprehensive brand protection strategies.
