Bio
María Rosa Díaz Socci joined the Firm as an intern in 2008. She specializes in the full range of contentious intellectual property disputes before all government authorities included the Mexican Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Court of Administrative Affairs, and the Federal Court of Appeals. She also has expertise in violations to intellectual property rights related to trademark and copyright infringements, as well as domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization.
