Alejandro Ríos joined the Firm in 2022. He specializes in Intellectual Property Law, with a focus on Industrial Property. His practice centers on the prosecution and maintenance of traditional and non-traditional trademarks, trade names, and slogans. He provides advice on the comprehensive management of trademark portfolios, including the preparation and execution of licenses, assignments, mergers, coexistence agreements, and letters of consent. He also handles the reception and transfer of trademark portfolios, including the due diligence processes. Additionally, he has participated in the design of strategies aimed at ensuring the efficient maintenance, management of trademark procedures, and the ongoing protection of industrial property rights, always aligned with the clients’ interests and objectives.
