Enrique

Enrique Torres joined the Firm in 2019. He specializes in Administrative Law; Industrial Property Law; Tax Law and Civil Law. He is a specialist in the promotion of Amparo proceedings (direct and indirect); administrative litigation and administrative appeals before the same authorities. He also specializes in the promotion and defense of administrative applications for lapse, nullity and infringement before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. He is experienced in administrative litigation regarding fines and penalties, as well as in the enforcement of administrative contracts and concession titles.
