Bio
Raul Zamudio is an associate at the firm. He joined the firm in 2023 and is part of the intellectual property litigation team, where he actively participates in the strategy and management of administrative proceedings and judicial actions related to trademarks, patents, copyrights, domain name disputes, enforcement, and anti-piracy matters.
His practice focuses on handling matters before the Mexican Patent and Trademark Office, including the prosecution of infringement and cancellation actions, as well as litigating administrative trials before the Federal Court of Administrative Affairs and amparo appeals before District Courts and Federal Circuit Courts, providing comprehensive advice to clients on the protection of their intellectual property rights.
Raul is the attorney responsible for leading enforcement and anti-piracy strategies, as well as coordinating the registration and protection of trademarks before the National Customs Agency of Mexico.
